Where is the salon located?
You will find me at Roots Salon in Delano, MN. I am my own business within a business.
The address is 234 River St N, Delano MN 55328.
Do you have a cancellation policy?
I kindly request a 48-hour minimum rescheduling notice. All no-show appointments and appointments cancelled or rescheduled in less than 48-hours will be charged in full. Certain appointments need to be guaranteed in advance by credit card in full. I do understand that life can get in the way of your day of beauty with me, so know that I will work with you if an exception to the policy seems appropriate.
What if you are late for your appointment?
I want to ensure that you get the best service each and every time so you can look and feel your absolute best! I will do my best to work with you. However, there may be times that your service may need to be rescheduled for another day..
What if I need to cancel or reschedule my appointment?
Log into your account at Acuity.com; there you can cancel or reschedule your appointment. If it’s an appointment less than 48 hours, please call or text 612-325-9386 so I may contact the clients on my wait list.
What if I am late for your appointment?
I will apologize; it is always my intention to keep our appointments timely. Due to the nature of my business there may be occasions where I am running behind, and your patience is appreciated.
What if I don’t like the hair services performed by you?
It is with confidence that I can guarantee satisfaction on all services I provide. I will do anything in my power to remedy the situation for you. Please call me within seven daysof the initial service for a redo at no charge to you.
How quickly do you book up?
This depends upon the time of the year and day of the week. I am usually booked in advance and would recommend a minimum of two weeks to book a service. However, evening appointments tend to book further out than two weeks. Remember to plan ahead for important events and for the holiday season! And please do use the waitlist feature!
Do you have a waitlist?
Yes! Schedules change all the time. I am happy to offer you an appointment time you would prefer should it become open. Please text 612-325-9386 the following: Desired service, day of week, time of day, and a “by when”. Please leave details on the best way to reach you.
